Below you will find details of training and fitness sessions etc.

 

Training sessions are on a Monday and Wednesday.

Monday is 9:00 - 10:00 pm for 1st team members, others are invited along for squad development.

Wednesday is 8:00 - 9:00 pm, this is open to all.

We ask that juniors younger than Yr9 contact Tony Potter for permission before joining in with training.

There is fitness training for those who want it, generally a 7:20 pm on Wednesday. Meet at the youth centre (contact Stocky for any queries, regarding fitness)
